Formed in 1991, Corporation for a Skilled Workforce (CSW) is a national, non-profit policy research and practice organization located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Our mission is: To reimagine everything about work and learning in the global community, for the prosperity of people, firms, and communities.

CSW envisions a world where people, firms, and communities of all types possess the agility they need to work and learn successfully in a constantly changing economic and natural environment. We strive to:
